Please consider that buying products over the Internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and style of our products. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery and we cannot be held responsible for differences which appear as a result of the aforementioned point. All measurements are approximate, but every effort is made to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Please refer to the Size Guide for clarification.

Please also note due to the nature of manufacturing, all lengths stated are approximate and variations of/up to 1 inch may occur.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information is entered onto the system.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery costs can be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

All Goods are subject to availability – we may not be able to supply your order. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from: the product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorization of payment, the identification of an error within the product information etc. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you.

9. Delivery lead time extended to 7-10 working days for all orders.

Payment Method

We accept payments from all major debit cards and credit cards as well as direct EFT. All transactions are securely processed on our server via PayFast using a verified SSL Certificate ensuring that all data provided encrypted. Mishah does not store any debit/credit card information.

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Mishah as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.

Delivery & Lead  Time

As soon as your order leaves our store, we provide you with a tracking code. This tracking code is a reference for you to trace your package along its journey to you. Delivery time is dependent on your location.

Shipping within South Africa

We offer FREE shipping on ALL orders over R2500 to any address within South Africa. ( Excluding All ” ON SALES ” ; ” DISCOUNTS ” or ” VOUCHER ”  ITEMS )

All South African orders are shipped using The Courier Guy. This is a registered freight service, where you are able to track your order online. You will be required to sign for delivery, we therefore recommend that you provide a daytime address where someone will be able to sign between 9am and 5pm. Please note that we do not deliver to PO BOX addresses. Incorrect shipping details will not be processed.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Return Policy

• Returning items you are dissatisfied with:

In the unlikely case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, then subject to the terms set out in this Delivery and Returns policy, you may exchange for a different size or we will ensure that you obtain a Mishah credit note of equal value. Store credit is non-transferable. Cash refunds are not applicable.

If you have purchased product(s) from the website and it’s not what you expected, you may return full price merchandise by informing us within five (5) days of receiving your order for a credit note of equal value (excluding shipping and handing charges).

Please keep in mind that Mishah cannot accept the returned product(s) and cannot give a refund if:

(a) the return falls outside of the stated five (5) day notification period;

(b) the product(s) has been personalised or custom-made;

(c) the product(s) tag is removed, worn, damaged or not in its original packaging;

(d) the products are on sale or marked-down.

(e) the returning items do not reach us within 7 working days (South Africa) and 30 working days (international).

• Returning Damaged or Defective Products:

At Mishah, we pride ourselves on quality. We thoroughly test all our garments to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to the uses for which they were designed. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.

Returned product(s) (and associated shipping and handling charges at standard rates, up to the amount of R99) will be refunded if the damage is the result of manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, and not the result of normal wear and tear. In such cases, please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

If the problem was caused by reasons other than material quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you.

• We Do Not Refund Products:

(a) obtained from a source other than this website;

(b) damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, etc);

(c) damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose;

(d) returned outside of the 5 day returns period for South Africa;

(e) returned outside of the 30 day returns period for International.

• Return Instruction:

TO RETURN A PRODUCT, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:

(a) Within five(5) days of receiving your purchase, drop us a line at reese@mishah.co.za. In your email, please include:

(i) Reasons for why you are returning the product(s); and

(ii) Attach a copy of the payment confirmation you received when placing the order

(b) Pack the product(s) into their original packaging including the original and attached labels/ swing-tags in the case of clothing items.

Returning Personalised & Custom-Made Products

Please understand we are unable to accept returns or exchange product(s) that have undergone customisations or personalisation, unless they have been found faulty after detailed examination by Mishah. We ask that you choose your personalisations and customisation details carefully, and retain a copy of your confirmation notice for future reference. If it is found that we have incorrectly personalised or customised your product(s) contrary to your instruction and the confirmation notice, we will gladly replace them.

modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part of) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or

Product availability

All products shown on www.mishah.co.za are in stock unless stated otherwise, products are dispatched from our warehouse in Cape Town once payment is received. Please note that EFT payment can take up to 48 hours to clear. If next day delivery is required, please use credit card payment or instant EFT. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timelessly however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence we will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.

Delivery Policy

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Customs Fees

You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations. Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place we will make arrangements for re-shipment.

30 day Money Back Guarantee

Should you, within 30 days of purchase of an item, for any reason wish to return your order because the product failed to live up to your expectations, you must send a detailed statement on why – along with images. We will assess the complaint and see if it is fit a return and refund. You will be liable for the shipping charges and the goods must be returned to us within 3 business days after the complaint has been warranted for a refund.

Mishah endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).

Mishah reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Should Mishah reduce it’s price on any shipped products within 10 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund you must contact us within 7 days of shipment.
